At KameKicks, we want every customer to have a legendary experience. Please review our policy before placing your order.

 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To begin a return request, please contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photo/video evidence

 Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer
- Minor cosmetic packaging damage caused during shipping
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Normal wear and tear
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Change of mind after the order has been processed/shipped

Sizing Disclaimer
Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for maximum comfort.

 Refunds
If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In some situations, we may offer:
- Store credit
- A replacement item
- Partial refund compensation

 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders automatically enter processing and cannot be changed.

 Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. KameKicks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
